His Grandfather, father, and brothers have over 100 years of combined experience building! Brian started building in 1996 in Forsyth county. Bahia Mar covers the Northeast Ga. area and is known for his attention to detail and for his great communication. Brian is currently working on projects in Jackson, Banks, and Hall counties.

We are a fee based custom home builder serving Northeast Georgia. Our business model is simple. We charge a flat fee for the build of the home based on our initial budget, as opposed to other builders who charge a fee based on the final cost of the home. We believe that the cost of the upgraded products that you select for your home should not dictate the fee you pay us.
